tasmat pranamya pranidhaya kayam
prasadaye tvam aham isam idyam priyah priyayarhasi deva sodhum
TRANSLATION
Thus, O Lord, bowing and prostrating before You, I offer You my obeisance so that You may forgive me. O Deity! As a father forgives his son, friend forgives his friend, and a lover forgives his beloved, even if they commit a mistake, in the same way, You forgive my mistakes.
