sarva-dvarani samyamya mano hridi nirudhya ca
murdhny adhayatmanah pranam asthito yoga-dharanam

 om ity ekaksharam brahma vyaharan mam anusmaran
yah prayati tyajan deham sa yati paramam gatim

 

 

TRANSLATION


One having restrained all the doors of senses while fixing the mind on the heart and keeping his subsistence in his mind, remaining steady in Yoga and while uttering the syllable OM remembers me, attains the Supreme State when he departs from his body.
