yanti deva-vrata devan pitrn yanti pitr-vratah
bhutani yanti bhutejya yanti mad-yajino ’pi mam

TRANSLATION

Those who worship the gods, they take birth in the world of gods; those who worship the ancestors go to the ancestors; those who worship the demons and evil spirits take birth in the world of demons and spirits; and those who worship Me, attain me.
